Heyo Bookaholics!
December TBR!
December has hit and hit us hard.
Seoul transitioned quickly into winter, the temperature dropping from a mild 10 degrees Celcius to a blistering -4 and snow which was epic to see falling from the sky. Melbourne weather seems to have not adjusted so well to the change (as it does) and isn’t going to treat its citizens to a Summer for another week.
I’m not going to say I wasn’t prepared.
Everyone is always shocked when a new month comes around, but December for me has been like a shadow under a lamplight for a few months now. Early December marks the end of my Korea holiday, Christmas and the start of another holiday.
December is many things. It’s the summer I’ve always wanted. It’s job searching and relaxing time; playing in the pool and going to the beach. It’s the summer I’ve wished for all year, but it’s also going to be stressful and I’ve been preparing for it.
Anyways, here is my TBR, otherwise known around here as the ambitious list about three books that I never fully finish.
December TBR:
Vengeance Blooms by Chloe Hodge: I have this novel physically with me in Korea and plan to read it once I eventually finish my reread of City of Bones.
Oasis by Katya De Becerra: I am a part of the January blog tour for the release of this novel and will have a review posted on the 6th of Jan 2020.
Wearing Paper Dresses by Anne Brinsden: I was kindly sent this book by Bloomsbury publishers and as it is an Australian novel and something different to my usual read, I am keen to dive into it.
So there you have it; three very different novels for my December TBR. Two physical and one eBook, all from different genres but each novel is written by an Australian author!
