Hai Beautiful Humans!
I’m Gonna Give It My All!
This was supposed to be posted last Saturday but I postponed it to yesterday, then I had a major breakdown and now it’s going live today! Although, I guess posting on the off/non-scheduled days has become expected from me by now (see bottom of this post for my actual blog schedule).
This week I am participating in the Because We Can Readathon (again!). This time it is running from the 19th till the 25th of October and revolves around the theme of Travel.
All the reading and creative prompts revolve around the theme of travel. If you are curious and want more information, you can check them out on their Twitter, Instagram and most importantly, YouTube channel.
Because We Can Readathon TBR!
The Mermaid, The Witch & The Sea by Maggie Tokuda-Hall
* Read a book with a place in the title
* Read a book that features the ocean
* Read a book involving travel
TrueLife by Jay Kristoff
* Read a science fiction book
* Read a book with a map
* Book set in a place you don’t want to visit
The Lost Book Of White by Cassandra Clare & Wesly Chu
* Book set in a place you want to visit (double up prompt)
BONUS READING CHALLENGE – I just know I won’t get to this, but I love that they’ve included a group book this time around!
* Read the group book: The Girl From Everywhere by Heidi Heilig
Writing this post, I realised that I could have fit just two books into all the prompts but alas I wanted to include a Shadowhunters novel, so I squeezed it in there.
I have also included This One Is Ours by Kate O’Donnell as it is about travel and I would have read it as a part of this Readathon if it wasn’t for the fact that I read it already for the Book Tour at the beginning of the month!

I will, as usual, be attempting all of the creative challenges this week. This means I will be hoping to post daily on my YouTube Channel in line with each of the prompts!
