The Jasper and Spice Shop does not offer refunds or accept returns on any orders, although I am open to discussing any enquiries or concerns you may have. Please keep in mind that J+S is currently a one-woman team and all enquiries will be addressed within 24-48 hrs to allow for time zones and other variables.

Even though this is a passion project and I so badly want to keep costs low for you, tracked shipping is an imperative security measure. Not only for the shop, but for your own peace of mind 🙂

All orders will be shipped out in a small, letter-sized package (dependent on the number, and type of products ordered), padded with recycled cardboard to preserve the bookmarks; since we don’t trust the postal services.

Changing your order

At Jasper and Spice, I strive for punctuality, but life is wildly unpredictable. Because of this, the time it will take to dispatch your order may vary. If you would like to make a change to an existing order, please do not hesitate to send a message as close to the time of processing your order as you can.

Sale items

There are no changes to the policy when an item is purchased at a discount price.

Issues upon delivery

If it so happens that there is a serious issue with your order, for example:

  • you may have received the wrong order,
  • a damaged product, or
  • the postal service just decided to keep the product for themselves.

Please contact me immediately and don’t forget to have your confirmation email handy! I will be more than happy to discuss this issue with you and resolve the issue.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, shipped directly to you, and you need to contact us regarding a concern, please have the name of the person who purchased the product handy. This will help me look up the order and assist you with any issues 🙂
