Jasper and spice do not offer refunds or accept returns on orders, but we are open to discussing any enquiries or concerns you may have. Please keep in mind that J+S is currently a one-woman team and all enquiries will be addressed within 24-48 hrs to allow for time zones and other variables.
As this is a passion project and to keep costs low for you, J+S is not currently supplying tracked shipping.
All orders will be shipped out in a small, letter-sized package (dependent on the number, and type of products ordered), padded with recycled cardboard to preserve the bookmarks; since we can’t trust the postal services.
Refunds and Returns
As stated above, Jasper and Spice do not offer refunds nor do we accept returns. If you have any concerns or would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Changing your order
At Jasper and Spice, we strive for punctuality, but life is wildly unpredictable. Because of this, the time it will take to dispatch your order may vary. If you would like to make a change to an existing order, please do not hesitate to drop us a message as close to the time of processing your order as you can.
There are no changes to the policy regarding items purchased at a discount price.

If it so happens that there is a serious issue with your order, for example, you may have received the wrong order, a damaged piece or the postal service just decided to keep the product for themselves; please contact us immediately! We will be happy to discuss this issue with you and arrange for the issue to be fixed.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you and you need to contact us regarding a concern, please have the name of the person who purchased the product handy as it will assist me in assisting you 🙂
