Kronos’s army is stronger than ever, and with every god and half-blood he recruits, the evil Titan’s power only grows. Heyo Bookaholics! My Favourite Myth, but Better… Four of five done! Apologies for the late post, I’ve been in rural India for the past 8 days. It’s amazing here, so picturesque and calming! I’ve added some photos to the bottom of this post if you’d like to have a look at rural India and Mumbai. I wanted this review up last Monday but due to me not having pre-written this and the fact that I totally overestimated the amount of […]

Heyo Bookaholics! The Journey Continues… I’m finally ahead on the readings for my book review schedule! I read this novel two weeks ago, let’s see how much I can recall when writing this book review because there is not a soul that believes I write these in advance as soon as I finish the novel – unless I finish said novel the minute before I have to post the review. Blurb: When Percy Jackson receives an urgent distress call from […]

Heyo Bookaholics! This is my first time reading Percy Jackson! Not sure how many times I’ve mentioned this, but I never read the Percy Jackson series when I was a little kiddo like many others who I’ve seen raving about this series. I was that one kid still reading Geronimo Stilton and Judy Moody novels trying to hold onto my childhood before I had to grow up and read older kids books. Blurb: Percy Jackson is a good kid, but […]

Welcome back Bookaholics! I still cannot believe that Christmas is tomorrow! This year has been a rollercoaster for me, not just in school but aslo in trying to keep my blog up and running; but I can proudly come to the end of the year and say that I have accomplished much much more than I ever expected. So I was watching YouTube one day – as one does to avoid doing anything productive – and I stumbled upon a […]

Book Challenge May 7

91 - Book Challenge May 7

Yesterday I purchased both Harry Potter and The Order of The Phoenix by J.K. Rowling, and The Trials of Apollo: The Hidden Oracle by Rick Riordan from K-mart. K-mart stores provide their customers with a selection of cheap paperback books that range in price from $9-15 AUD a book. This purchase now means that I own the last 3 Harry Potter books from 5-7 in paperback. I’m purchasing them ‘backwards’ because I have so many books on my TBR that I cannot be tempted […]
