It’s a wrap-up Saturday!

It’s the end of another month and once again I wish to make a post showing you all the books I read and acquired this month, as well as all the fun things I got up to in the month of June!

I want to begin by discussing my favourite project I began this month, and that is my YouTube channel! If you didn’t know, I did that and currently have one video on the ‘Tube titled The BookTube Newbie Tag!

YouTube?

Sh*t yeah I am on YouTube! I posted my BookTube newbie tag last Monday on my new channel, Jasper + Spice as well as a post that went live on Wednesday titled “I’m On YouTube”, that talks about what viewers should expect to see on my channel.

I also purchased a paperback and hardback copy of the Shadowhunter’s Codex and a Mortal Instruments box set in hardback from The Book Depository, though they have not come yet.

**Books I was sent:**

Save the date by Morgan Matson – Simon and Schuster asked me to participate in a Reading Tour and sent me this book so I could read it and post an honest review on my blog. The review will be posted on the 2nd July with all the information of the Reading Tour and other people who are participating in the tour.
The Earth, My Butt and Other Big Round Things by Carolyn Mackler – Bloomsbury sent me this book as a surprise and I was excited to receive it especially knowing that the sequel is coming out this year (or maybe it’s already released…), and JessieTheReader on YouTube is reading this book for the month of June and it’s fun knowing that once I read it I can watch his live-show and listen to everyone else’s thoughts.

I have book reviews posted for all of these books which are all linked above if you’d like to read them. I finally read more than 2 books this month and surprisingly did not like all the books I read!

Finally;

This month was a busy one, and the only one I had and will have off from any study or full-time work for the year, so if my posts/ videos/ etc. become a little skewed from here on out that will be the reason. Although I am trying to schedule a few posts as far in advance as I can it is quite hard as book blogging requires periodic updates to be written.

So to combat this I have myself a journal for both BookTube and BookBlogging and I hope this will enable me to stay up-to-date will all my reading, upcoming posts, and other ideas that I may have for my projects.

I do hope to be posting more writing content, but as of now I will be focusing on bringing you quality content on my Blog and YouTube channels to ensure you’re all entertained, as this is what I love to do and anything that involves writing for an audience is perfect for me.
